14-day unopened returns
The return process is intentionally specific so customers and payment reviewers can understand the conditions.
Request a return authorization before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
Return requests must be started within 14 days of delivery by emailing support@boldout.shop with the order number and reason.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, pouches, and inserts.
Opened, used, worn, damaged, washed, modified, or incomplete products are not eligible for return unless required by law.
Defective, damaged, or wrong-item claims must include photos and be reported within 7 days of delivery so Boldout can review replacement, return, or refund options.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless Boldout shipped the wrong item or a verified defective item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, normally within 5-10 business days after Boldout accepts the returned item.
Original shipping fees, customs fees, duties, gift wrap, and expedited shipping upgrades are not refundable unless required by law.
Cancellation policy: orders can be canceled before fulfillment by contacting support. Once fulfilled, the return policy applies.
Customers should contact support before filing a payment dispute so Boldout can review shipment, defect, return, or refund evidence.
